Rachel Perry's Inner Radiance Wins an Excellence Award at the 2026 European Natural Beauty Awards

Some news is worth the wait.

Our Inner Radiance Hydrating Toner has received an Excellence Award at the 2026 European Natural Beauty Awards (ENBA), presented on September 29 at Théâtre Marigny in Paris. Rachel Perry Skincare was one of just two American brands recognized this year.

What Are the European Natural Beauty Awards?

The awards began in 2020 in Jyväskylä, Finland, where founder Satu Mäkinen set out to challenge greenwashing in beauty, particularly among products that call themselves natural without earning the word. Her idea was simple: give truly natural brands the visibility they deserve, and give shoppers a trustworthy way to tell the difference.

What started as a Nordic program has grown into a European benchmark for natural beauty. Today, 100 independent jurors from 35 countries evaluate each year's shortlist, and the ceremony in Paris brings together brands, retailers, distributors, and media from across Europe and beyond.

What It Takes to Earn the Excellence Award

• A strict formula screen. Only products made with at least 99% natural-origin ingredients are eligible. According to ENBA, only about 17% of applicants reach the shortlist each year.

• 90 days of real-life testing. Each shortlisted product is used in everyday routines by at least 24 independent jury members across Europe.

• Independent scoring. The jury includes retailers, certification and sustainability experts (among them NATRUE's Director General), beauty editors, and European public figures. Only products scoring 4 out of 5 or higher earn the Excellence label. 

Many products call themselves natural, and many awards reward performance alone. This one asks for both: a formula has to prove what's in the bottle before anyone tests how it performs on skin. It's the same promise we make with every Rachel Perry formula.

• Scented by nature. Its soft aroma comes from lavender, cypress and geranium essential oils, never synthetic fragrance.

• Standards you can check. COSMOS Natural certified, 99% natural in origin, vegan, cruelty-free, and French-formulated.
